Although the names of the 4 performers are listed they are not linked to the individuals, so apart from the improbably named Mikie Likes-It, I have guessed the rest.

The first scene starts with the guy on the box cover – I’ll call him Ivan. He’s about 20, smooth body, thick black hair combed back.
